Thank you for your interest in Skagit PUD's Small Works and Consulting Services rosters. Skagit PUD maintains an annually updated Small Works Roster (SWR) to streamline bidding for public works projects. There is no fee associated with being listed on either roster. The SWR and Consulting Services rosters are updated every January. Applicants must reapply each year.
