Small Works Roster

Skagit PUD's Small Works Contractor Roster is a small public works roster, following statute RCW 39.04.155, that the District uses to search for eligible contractors and solicit bids for small works services, including:

  • Construction
  • Building
  • Renovation
  • Remodeling
  • Alteration
  • Repair or improvement of real property, under $300,000 as an alternative to advertising for bids on each project.

The contractor must provide evidence of insurance to the District before work can be performed.

Applying

Interested conctractors can an apply for placement on Skagit PUD's rosters by downloading the Small Works Roster (SWR) qualification application.

An SWR application is valid for the calendar year in which it is received. A new SWR qualifications application must be submitted each year.

The application furnishes information for establishing qualification for the SWR. In order to be eligible for placement, contractors must be able to meet the minimum insurance requirements, and properly complete and execute the application.

Placement will be made by the date your completed application is received.

Firms that do not have Internet access may request an application package by contacting Doug McConnell, contract administrator, (360) 848-2169, or by stopping by the PUD's main office.
