Enjoy Mother’s Day with Mother Nature and help kick off the third year at the 29th Street Community Garden.

Visit the 29th Street Community Garden behind San Juan Lanes bowling alley from 1PM to 3PM (ish). Don’t let a few raindrops stop you – bring a raincoat or umbrella and join the fun.

• Refreshments, Raffle, Plant Sale – and other great gifts for Mom or yourself
• Gardening advice from Master Gardeners
• Recycle black plastic garden pots, trays & large plastic bags (soil and birdseed type)

There will also be information on the Anacortes Community Gardens program and applications for its waitlist. Let them know your thoughts on building more community gardens in Anacortes as the waitlist is growing.
