Skagit County Public Works Solid Waste Division will offer their annual eight-week Master Composer/Recycler training Thursday evenings from 6-8:30 p.m. beginning March 4. Central location TBA.
Participants receive 30 hours of free training and in return, commit 40 hours as community educators about home composting, recycling and waste reduction.
