Have you ever wanted to learn how to turn yard and garden waste into “black gold.” Join Skagit County’s compost education specialist for a FREE two-hour workshop on best management practices on Thursday May 13, 3 - 6 p.m. Class begins at 4 p.m. The workshop uses both a lecture style and hands-on approach to learning.
