Samish Bay Bivalve Bash & Low Tide Mud Run

Celebrating the diversity and economic importance of shellfish grown in Samish Bay while drawing attention to the importance of clean water, the Samish Bay Bivalve Bash brings families and community together for some good old-fashioned summer fun featuring games, contests, shellacious food, beverage and local bands by the bay. Proceeds benefit the clean water efforts of the Skagit Conservation Education Alliance.

When?
Saturday, July 24, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where?
Taylor Shellfish Samish Farm in Bow.

Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, no pets.

Parking?
Except for bicycles, all Bivalve Bash Parking is offsite and free.

Entry Fee?
The Festival Cover is $5 per person. Kids 6 and under and Mud Runners free.

Food?
There is additional cost for food and beverage. Food and beverage sales benefit the Skagit Conservation Education Alliance. Sorry, coolers not allowed.

Beverages?
Sodas, bottled water and coffee available. Beers from La Conner Brewing and wine are available in the Beer Garden. Must Be 21. Sorry, no coolers.

Family Activities?
Oyster Shell Sculpture, Crab Races, Oyster Shuffleboard, Face Painting, Education Exhibits, Silent Auction, and of course the Mud Run.

Kids’ Activities?
Kids’ Beach, Shell Crafts, Mr. Krabby’s Kid Pond, hula hoops, bubbles and more.

Music and Dancing?
The Atlantics will be playing in the afternoon at the Bivalve Bandstand. Dancing is encouraged! Check the schedule of events for updates.
