Festive Tips for a Waste-Wise Holiday! A Skagit Living Green Lecture series.

Starting at 7 p.m., December 3, at Burlington Public Library (820 E. Washington St)

Between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day Americans throw away 25% more trash. Reduce, reuse and rethink your holiday experience in this fun and festive workshop. Maribeth Crandell, city of Oak Harbor Environmental Educator, will offer tips on re-gifting, shopping, decorating and no-waste wrapping. Find a fresh perspective on giving and receiving, while putting more meaning and less waste in your holiday. Enter a raffle to win waste-wise holiday supplies!
