Surplus Auction Scheduled

Skagit PUD Commissioners have declared miscellaneous construction, computer and office equipment surplus to the needs of the PUD and will offer these items for sale at a public auction.
These items are also available for viewing on Skagit PUD grounds at 1415 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon.
- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 30
- 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, May 1
Please use the north entrance to the Skagit PUD complex.
Bid forms will be available at the site. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the Skagit PUD Stores office by Noon, Saturday, May 1.
Skagit PUD will contact successful bidders starting Thursday, May 6, 2010, and will schedule title transfer/pickup times accordingly. Each item must be paid for and removed by 3:30 PM, Friday, May 14, 2010, or be offered to the next highest bidder.
Payment may be made with cash, cashiers check or certified check only. All bids are final and all items are sold “as is”, “where is”, with no expressed warranty. Skagit PUD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
