It's the general policy of Skagit PUD to obtain quotes and bids for the purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment to secure the best price possible for the benefit of our customers. The PUD uses the Vendor Roster to form a pool of vendors to solicit informal purchase bids.

Skagit PUD encourages you to enroll on our Vendor Roster, which allows fair and equal opportunity for vendors to conduct business with the PUD.

When the need arises, Skagit PUD invites all qualified vendors on the Vendor Roster to bid, with the lowest and reasonable bidder selected.
